Our family and many of our friends have rented from Trifecta for the past 6 or 7 years and we always have a quality experience. Mitch, the owner, is accommodating & friendly, very knowledgeable about all things RV, and is genuinely concerned about each customer. We love the attention to detail Mitch gives to small stuff like the new heavy duty tires on his trailers each year, swapping to fully charged batteries before each rental, clean trailers, and he often lets us pick up the trailer a day or two early to pack up!

We rented a trailer from Trifecta Rentals for a late September trip to Yellowstone. The trailer was extremely clean, well stocked for our trip, full of water and propane. The trailer was very well maintained, everything worked as you would expect. Mitch , the owner, is very customer driven, very knowlegable, and goes out of his way to ensure that all the details concerning the trailer and towing are covered. If, you should have an issue or a question, he is only phone call away. He answers the phone, not someone that needs to ask someone else to solve an issue. He answers any question and offers solutions to any problem. He genuinely cares that you have a great experience. Finding this level of service nowadays is very hard to come by. I highly recommend Trifecta Rentals if you need to rent a travel trailer for any reason while in Eastern Idaho.

We rented a trailer from Trifecta Rental for a 8 day trip to Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks. Mitch was great and the trailer was clean and easy to tow. I have never towed anything and Mitch helped us out big time showing us the ins and outs of the trailer and how to hook up. He even helped me set the trailer brake controller. Fantastic Dude! We will definitely be renting from Trifecta Rental again. Thanks Mitch!!

We had never rented an RV before, but Trifecta made it so easy! Customer service was excellent and the RV was clean and in good condition. Owner was very accommodating. Trifecta helped make our camping vacation a great one! We highly recommend them!

What a wonderful experience! Mitch was incredible. Trifecta is not your typical rental company where one size fits all. Mitch works very hard to accommodate your needs. I would encourage anyone needing to rent a trailer to work with Trifecta. You will be delighted with your choice. We traveled from east central Florida to Salt Lake City where we secured a pick up truck capable of pulling a trailer. We drove the 3 hours to Idaho Falls where we met Mitch and picked up our travel trailer and off to Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons! We were able to leave our trailer at camp and drive the truck anywhere we desired. This was an incredible way to travel and visit the parks.

We love the Cherokee trailer! We pulled it with our Suburban and couldn't believe how easy it was. Everything worked great, and was so clean. Even the water tank was full for us and the fridge already cold and ready for our grocery stop before leaving town. We had a great experience and will recommend anyone we know traveling to Yellowstone to rent here.

Phenomenal experience.... Trailer was everything and more than we expected. Actually, my wife who is normally obsessed with things being clean joked about our trailer (the Puma 27) being TOO clean !!! Trailer towed great with the equalizer hitch Mitch encouraged us to use. Thanks Mitch, it may be a few years but we will be back to rent again.
